Update from Synergia Australia

Welcome to an update from Synergia Australia.

Our data-driven consulting and evaluation business is thriving. Much of our growth is coming from our unique expertise in data-analytics across the health, disability and social systems.  As always, it is a privilege to build partnerships with clients to solve problems and create better services and outcomes for people and communities.

Some of our recent assignments include:

  • Supporting the ACT Government to establish an Office for Mental Health
  • End of Life Care design and commissioning support for PHNs, LHDs and aged care
  • General Practice data visualisation and shared information platforms
  • Supporting GP training organisations with registrar modelling to support resource and workforce allocation across NSW, ACT and Victoria
  • A systems framework for understanding and reducing family and sexual violence.

We have also been busy…
Expanding our team

We continue to expand our teams in Sydney and Auckland. In July we welcome Michelle O’Brien (from Medical Director) to the Sydney team to further power-up our data-analytics work.  We have also boosted our team across evaluation, system design and data-analytics with talented new recruits Zaffar, Geraldine, Sandra and Jessica.

Forming a strategic partnership with the HardyGroup

HardyGroup and Synergia are excited to announce our collaborative partnership. A natural evolution of the long-standing relationship between our respective leadership teams. This partnership brings together the collective skills, networks, experience of two organisations that care deeply about working alongside the health and social care sector to improve outcomes and the experience of care. https://hardygroupintl.com/blog/hardgygroup-team-up-with-synergia-to-deliver-a-more-integrated-solution/
Developing our analytics and informatics tools

We continue to refine and apply our analytics and informatics tools to help solve a range of issues and challenges across the Australian health and social care sector – including workforce allocation and optimisation, dynamic scenario modelling, primary care practice reporting and population health needs analysis.  These tools combine leading user design, intelligent algorithms, best practice information architecture and robust security and infrastructure. Please get in touch with us for a demo.

Moving to a new Sydney office

We have moved to Work Inc, a unique co-working space within the sandstone supports of the Sydney Harbour Bridge at Lavender Bay. We are joining the movement to a community of businesses created by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs – where there is also great coffee! If you are in the area please come and share a coffee. https://baytenespresso.com.au/

We are always looking for new ideas and find practical solutions to challenges you face. Please let us know if there is something we might be able to help you or your organisation with.

Kind regards,

Juliet Middleton (Director) and David Todd (Managing Director)
