Juliet is a Director at Synergia and has a decade of experience improving health care delivery. She is based in our Sydney office.

This includes the design and development of high performing clinical services and programmes, and the implementation and review of these services. Juliet has a focus on improved service delivery, and models of primary health care centred on clinical leadership and enhanced by innovative health technology. The successful leadership of clinical teams and networks has been integral to her work.

Juliet’s experience includes the management of one of New Zealand’s largest Primary Health Organisations, business planning and rationalisation of health services, quality improvement and workforce development. In Australia, Juliet’s work includes leading a state-wide change management and process improvement project for the Cancer Institute NSW. Recently Juliet worked for Medical Information Technology (MEDITECH) to implement world-leading Health Information Management and Clinical Information Systems across Australia, and in Singapore, for Ramsay Health Care. This work centred on utilising technology to drive business improvement and enhance patient care.
