Sandra D’Arbon.

Sandra is a Consultant at Synergia with experience in public health and population health needs and service development. She is based in our Sydney office.

Prior to joining Synergia Sandra worked for the Western Sydney Primary Health Network in a broad range of roles, including supporting the Western Sydney Health Care Homes pilot. Sandra has substantial experience in stakeholder engagement at all levels of the health sector including LHDs, NFPs, and general practices as well as a strong background in consumer engagement and consultation.

Sandra’s work in coordinating and delivering diabetes and obesity prevention services in western Sydney has given Sandra a depth of understanding of the challenges and needs of health consumers. Sandra has supported regional health needs assessments and the Primary Health Network tender application process. Sandra’s work on the Health Care Home implementation in western Sydney and has given her a good understanding of the changing needs in general practices, both from the perspectives of provider and patient.

Her experience engaging with stakeholders and strong communication skills means she is effective at coordinating and managing complex projects that involve engaging with a range of stakeholders at all community and organisation levels.
